Responsibilities

• Manage service communications with incoming calls and vehicle status updates.
• Create/patch repair orders, route to technicians, finalize documentation before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and ESP claim approvals.
• Handle service payments and cash management with integrity.
• Balance priorities in a high-energy environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
