Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting service customers warmly and professionally.
• Manage service communications by assisting with incoming calls and updating vehicle status.
• Create and process repair orders, route to technicians, and review documentation before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and obtain ESP approvals.
• Handle service payments and cash management with accuracy.
• Balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment while addressing customer concerns.
• Adhere to CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
