AutoSavvy is seeking a Service Advisor in Albuquerque, NM to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and document issues for accurate repairs. You will collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed right the first time and communicate clearly to customers.

The role emphasizes upselling, maintaining high satisfaction, and following warranty guidelines. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with compensation starting at $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Extend a professional and welcoming greeting to every customer.
• Verify customer information including email and phone with every visit.
• Gather vehicle information accurately and document it.
• Identify primary concerns and document everything needed to fix the vehicle correctly.
• Write a detailed repair order for each customer.
• Perform visual walk around of the vehicle and note conditions.
• Work with technicians on repair orders.
• Communicate clearly with every customer.
• Handle concerns with fair resolutions for customers and the dealership.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
