Group 1 Rivertown Subaru in Columbus, GA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing service team. You will greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of service advisor experience (Subaru experience is a plus), a valid in-state driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer a great environment, ongoing training, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 Year Automotive Service Advisor Experience Preferred
• Subaru Service Advisor Experience is a plus
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid in-state driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
