Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in San Bruno, CA to serve as the central communication hub for service and repairs. You will liaise between customers and technicians, explain needed repairs, set expectations, and ensure timely, accurate scheduling.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large facility experience preferred, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status to ensure vehicle is ready when promised.
• Communicates repair needs and manages customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service information.
