Autosaver Group is seeking a Service Advisor to create a quality customer experience, grow service-lane traffic, and enhance service advocacy. You will work with active prospects to secure maintenance appointments, provide information, and perform effective follow-up while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities include scheduling, rescheduling no-shows, post-appointment follow-ups, tracking satisfaction, and managing overflow at the service counter.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service department appointments.
• Contacts no-shows to reschedule appointments.
• Follows up with customers after the appointments.
• Monitors customer satisfaction survey results and works with customers to maximize results.
• Handles service counter overflow.
