Job summary

Miami Lakes Automall is seeking an Automotive Service Adviser/Writer to join our service department in Hialeah, FL. You will greet customers, document service requests, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely, accurate repairs.

The role requires 2+ years of experience as a service adviser, a track record of strong CSI scores, and the ability to upsell necessary services while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service adviser experience
• Proven track record of above-average sales and CSI scores
• DealerTrack experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and ensure CSI targets are met
• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician for clear service understanding
• Verify warranty and service contracts for accuracy
• Prepare and process Repair Orders with accurate costs, deductibles, and symptom descriptions
• Advise customers on additional needed services and recommended maintenance

Our Dealership is currently taking applications to fill Service Adviser roles – we are looking

for friendly, organized, qualified professionals to join our top-notch service department.

● Timely with a strong work ethic

● Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency

● Ability to skillfully handle customer interactions, projecting professionalism and ensuring

each customer feels valued and important

● Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI marks

● Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensure complete

understanding in regards to the services rendered

● Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service

progress

● Accurately verify warranty and service contracts

● Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and

descriptions of symptoms, etc.

● Advise customers on additional needed services, providing expert advice

● Effectively work with technicians to improve efficiency across the service department

Automotive Service Adviser/Writer Preferred Skills and Experience:

● Previous Automotive Service Adviser experience, 2 years minimum

● Proven track record of above average Sales and CSI scores

● DealerTrack experience helpful
