Job summary

Prestige Auto Tech in Miami is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who can CLOSE SALES. You will review DVIs and technician recommendations, present estimates, explain value of repairs, answer customer questions, close the sale, and keep the customer informed until the vehicle is delivered.

We’re looking for someone confident, motivated, and comfortable asking for the sale, with strong phone and face-to-face sales skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close automotive repair sales
• Strong phone and face-to-face sales skills
• Comfortable presenting large repair estimates
• Ability to handle price objections
• Strong follow-up on declined work
• Ability to build trust without relying on discounts
• Excellent automotive knowledge
• 3+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
• European/luxury vehicle experience is a plus

Responsibilities
