Teton Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in our service department. You will handle inquiries, generate estimates and invoices, and communicate clearly with customers about repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring accurate repair orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality standards at our Idaho Falls location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive service processes and customer service best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to explain vehicle repairs and maintenance to customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and on the phone.
• Prepare estimates and invoices for repairs and parts; assist service manager as needed.
• Explain completed work and recommendations to customers; discuss 120-point inspection results.
• Schedule appointments and maintain repair order documentation; ensure CSI targets are met.
