Qualifications

• Knowledge of seasonal driving issues such as potholes and winter tires.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, document vehicle symptoms, and perform initial inspections.
• Manage the shop's appointment calendar to maintain workflow.
• Educate customers on tire options, fitment, maintenance.
• Create accurate estimates and present repair recommendations.
• Provide status updates to clients.
• Process invoices and assist with tire inventory and warranty paperwork.
