Job summary

Holman Enterprises, a family-owned, global automotive services organization, is seeking a Service Advisor for Leith Honda. You will act as the liaison between the Service and Parts departments, ensuring customer satisfaction while writing up service needs and providing accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of related sales experience and/or training.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours and be computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Determine action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and appropriate maintenance sales.
• Knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Inform customers and advise on vehicle prognosis.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
