Holman is seeking a Service Advisor at Honda Aberdeen to act as the bridge between the Service and Parts teams, ensuring superb guest experiences. You will greet customers, assess service needs, estimate costs and times, and clearly communicate prognosis.

The role includes calling customers to schedule work and maintaining high service standards. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong math and communication skills, and a customer-first

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours and be computer proficient.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between Service and Parts departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers courteously and efficiently; determine action and obtain authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs and explain prognosis.
• Call customers to schedule appointments and manage inquiries; attend required training.
