Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Service Advisor for AutoPark Honda to join our team. You will prepare estimates, sell maintenance services, and guide customers through the repair process while coordinating transportation options as needed.

You will write repair orders, provide cost analyses, and ensure customer satisfaction in a high-volume dealership environment. A valid HS diploma and CDK/Reynolds experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience as service advisor or express service advisor.
• Intermediate skills using CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service estimates and sell routine maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule appointments and handle phone interactions.
• Provide cost analysis and present inspection results to customers.
• Coordinate transportation options for customers during repairs.
• Ensure accurate repair orders and customer follow-ups.
