Ted Moore Auto Group in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to manage customer visits from write-up through delivery and keep the shop informed. We offer a fast-paced environment with competitive pay and benefits.

You will walk customers through technician findings, present recommendations and pricing, and coordinate with teammates to prioritize and complete work, ensuring timely follow-ups without manager prompting. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Formación

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor managing your own repair orders and customer relationships.
• A positive performance record you can discuss in specific terms, such as customer satisfaction, customer-pay hours sold, repeat business.
• The initiative to act on an aging repair order or a missed promise, and the judgment to involve the right teammate when you need help.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to the customer's concern, document it accurately on the repair order, and agree on when the customer will hear from you next.
• Call customers who drop off their vehicles. Walk them through the technician's inspection video, share what checked out well, explain the recommendations and pricing, and ask for authorization.
• If the customer needs to prioritize, help them understand what needs attention first and offer to schedule the remaining work.
• Track your open repair orders, coordinate with technicians and parts, and contact the customer in the event pricing or timing changes.
• Review the completed work at pickup and follow up on outstanding concerns. Step in when a teammate needs help reaching a customer for answers.
