The Cooper Auto Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central liaison for service and repair activities. You will communicate with customers, managers and technicians, listen to problems, arrange work, and set expectations for turnaround and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training or experience, at least one year in a dealer or large facility, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and strong customer

• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience preferred.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison for service and repair activities.
• Listen to customer problems and arrange appropriate service/repairs.
• Set and manage expectations on delivery time and work quality.
• Ensure the customer is satisfied the vehicle will be repaired right the first time.
