Job summary

Icahn Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to serve as the first contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will schedule appointments, sell parts and services, and support service operations to keep vehicles running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• One year of related experience in automotive service preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of mathematical concepts (commissions/discounts).
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers by phone and in-store; engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services.
• Manage service work orders and register transactions; ensure accuracy.
• Assist in various customer care tasks, work orders, and store operations under management.
• Follow cash, credit, and refund policies; address issues and opportunities with management.
• Perform express automotive services (oil changes, tire services, rotations, etc.) and conduct vehicle inspections.
