Job summary

O’Daniel Motor Sales is seeking a Service Advisor to communicate repair needs to customers and relay information to technicians. You will greet customers, discuss repairs and costs, and help customers decide on service or vehicle trade-in options.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage the service department’s scheduling. Prior auto repair or parts experience is preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years experience in an auto repair or parts facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address their concerns to an available technician.
• Provide clear communication between customers and technicians.
• Assist customers with deciding on repairs and related costs.
• Oversee and manage the service center's scheduling and workflow.
• Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
