O'Daniel Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to needs, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities include collecting customer and vehicle information, documenting symptoms, and preparing cost estimates for labor and parts.

You will monitor progress and explain all work and charges to customers in a fast-paced Ford dealership setting. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, a proactive approach to maintenance planning, and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Responsibilities
