Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor or related role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Accredited training in service-advisor skills and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine repair/service needs.
• Build customer relationships to increase satisfaction.
• Maintain professional standards and ethical customer service.
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers regularly.
• Support profitability through upselling and promotions.
• Oversee technicians, manage time and parts.
• Participate in quality control and SOPs.
