This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive base salary plus commission, supporting a busy dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related field education preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs, building strong relationships.
• Listen to concerns, advise on service options, and estimate costs.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for efficient technician use.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership services, policies, and procedures.
• Provide regular updates to customers on service status.
• Upsell appropriate services and products to meet needs and revenue goals.
• Ensure service orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues.
