Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound service appointment requests (phone, text, email, online, chat).
• Respond to all customer inquiries within 30 minutes.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Collect and document customer and vehicle information.
• Confirm appointments and communicate details clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS systems.
• Coordinate with service advisors and service drive staff.
