Job Summary:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our customers' service needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our dealership and services. Compensation & Benefits:

As a Service Advisor at Ferguson Superstore, you will receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with their service needs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Listen to customer concerns, make service recommendations, and accurately estimate repair costs
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and the timely completion of services
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our dealership's services, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle
- Upsell additional services and products to meet customers' needs and maximize revenue
- Ensure all service orders are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, attending training and educational programs as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
