Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
• 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle issues and service requests.
• Identify additional service needs during walk-arounds.
• Prepare accurate service estimates including parts and labor.
• Communicate status and completion times to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and act as liaison between customer and shop.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain customer records and vehicle service history.
• Promote maintenance packages and accessories.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
