Job summary

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking a Service Advisor who will be the primary contact for customers during their service visit. You will explain maintenance needs, prepare repair orders and estimates, and maintain open communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and clearly explain recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience.
• Listen to each customer's concerns and identify vehicle service and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and completion times clearly.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and transparent estimates.
• Maintain communication and follow up with customers on status of their vehicles.
• Work with technicians to ensure repairs are done correctly and efficiently.
• Review additional recommendations with customers and answer questions.
• Address customer concerns professionally and pursue timely resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Ensure an exceptional experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.
