Lia CJDR Northampton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will oversee the drive lane flow, relay repair information from technicians to customers, and provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

This on-site role is based in Northampton, MA, offering a compensation range of $65K-$125K annually depending on knowledge and production, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
