Responsibilities include overseeing drive lane flow, communicating repair recommendations to customers, and providing concierge support to ensure a positive service experience. A clean driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Communicate repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure positive experiences.
• Manage daily technicians' time to maximize service sales.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
