Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will manage the drive lane flow and communicate repair details to customers, ensuring a positive ownership experience. A clean driver's license and excellent communication are essential.

Compensation ranges from $65K to $125K based on knowledge and production, with a sign-on bonus up to $2000 based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating repair information from technicians to customers.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries to assure a positive experience.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
