Toyota of Jackson, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks a Service Advisor to connect customers with technicians and ensure clear understanding of needed services. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes strong communication, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has prior service advisor experience, can translate technical terms for clients, and will help guide repairs, warranties, and service timelines while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Previous Service Advisor/Service Writer experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience.
• Create a truly memorable experience for our customers.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to ensure needs and recommended services are understood.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining signatures and entering RO into service database.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

What You’ll Do
