About the Role

Our client is seeking a customer-focused and organized Automotive Service Advisor to join their team in Paarl . You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle issues, accurately documenting service requests, and communicating repair estimates and timelines. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to liaise effectively between customers and the technical team in Western Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately record service requests.
• Inspect vehicles with customers to identify and document existing or potential issues, creating detailed service orders.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of needed repairs, service recommendations, and associated costs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of repair requirements and progress updates.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and estimated completion times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
