Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a hybrid role in Rustenburg, North West. You will be the primary contact for customers bringing in vehicles for service, schedule appointments, explain service recommendations, and liaise between customers and technicians.

You will balance on-site customer interaction with remote administrative tasks, building lasting customer relationships and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive terminology and service procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and computer software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work both remotely for administrative tasks and on-site for customer interactions.
