Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, with proven success in customer service and sales.
• A strong understanding of automotive mechanics, terminology, and service procedures.

• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and relevant software.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues and repair recommendations to non-technical customers.

• A valid driver's license.
• Experience in a senior or lead advisor role is highly desirable.
