Job summary

Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers is hiring a Service Advisor in Brookfield, WI to join our industry-leading team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm and offers a compensation range of $70-100K with strong health, vision, and dental plans.

Responsibilities

• Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face-to-face and on the phone
• Obtain customer and vehicle information to initiate service
• Facilitate communication with customers, including drop-off, updates, and check-out
• Determine and recommend appropriate services in a customer-focused approach
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate cost for labor and parts
• Work with team to complete service and daily tasks
