Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key contact between customers and the service department. You’ll explain services, provide estimates, and coordinate with technicians to deliver high-quality repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of service-advisor experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle maintenance and repair process, providing clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with our technicians will ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. What You’ll Do:
