Schedule: 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A LOOK INTO YOUR DAY AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

You will become the trusted connection between customers and technicians, listening carefully to concerns and helping drivers understand exactly what their vehicles need. You'll communicate repair recommendations clearly, coordinate repair orders, answer questions, and keep customers informed throughout the process. As multiple vehicles move through the shop, you'll stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work closely with technicians and management to ensure every repair experience is smooth and professional. Throughout the day, you'll build lasting relationships, provide honest guidance, and take pride in helping both customers and your teammates succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience
• Computer and automotive shop management software experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Honest, professional, and dependable
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Highly organized and strong attentive to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm
• Ability to make well-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-through
• Ability to work closely with customers, technicians, and management

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
