Sullivan’s Auto Service in Seaside, CA is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy, organized shop. You will run the service desk, communicate with customers, build estimates, present recommendations, gain approvals, and keep workflow moving.

The role features Monday–Friday, no weekends, competitive pay with performance bonuses, and benefits including health, dental & vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Sullivan’s Auto Service is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, stable, and organized shop.

This role is for someone who knows how to run a service desk—communicate with customers, build estimates, present recommendations, gain approvals, and keep workflow moving.

If you're currently employed but frustrated by poor systems, inconsistent car count, lack of support, or unnecessary chaos, we may be a better fit.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Manage approvals, updates, and follow-ups
