Job summary

Delaware Tire Centers is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented Service Advisor to join our Maryland team. You will be the first point of contact, advising customers on service needs and coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and parts orders.

Responsibilities include answering phones, preparing documentation, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and waiting area. Prior tire and auto experience is a plus, and ASE certification is helpful.

Our service advisors are the first communication the customer has with the business and provides the initial customer impression. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the customer and the technicians ensuring the customers needs and expectations are met. Estimating repairs and ordering parts accurately are essential responsibilities of this position.
