Job summary

Discount Tire & Service Centers is seeking an enthusiastic automotive service advisor to join our team in California. You will bridge customers with technicians, using your automotive knowledge and outstanding service to build trust and drive sales.

You will create accurate estimates, discuss tire and repair options, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient store environment. A strong attitude and customer focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm when helping customers in person or on the phone.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Able to translate automotive knowledge into clear, confident guidance for customers.
