JM&H AUTOMOTIVE INC in California seeks a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to grow the customer base, generate accurate estimates, and ensure a positive experience. You will greet guests, explain vehicle services, and facilitate test drives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Mentorship and ongoing education, plus competitive bonuses, are available for sales representatives. A strong interpersonal approach and prior sales are valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record required.
• Prior sales experience is essential.
• 1 year of automotive repair or parts experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with minimal supervision.

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, generate accurate estimates, and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate test drives. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about new & used vehicles, vehicle specifications, and accurately recommend services & repairs
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales
• Conduct test drives
• Use strong interpersonal communication skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associates degree is preferred
