Job summary

Bettenhausen Automotive in Lockport, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to interpret customer needs for technicians and drive service sales. The role requires delivering exemplary customer service in a high-volume environment and acting as the primary contact for all service matters.

You will prioritize services, manage customer expectations, and keep clients updated on repair needs and completion times while collaborating with technicians to ensure timely, accurate work and satisfied customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience; CDJR experience preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Exemplary customer service and sales skills required.
• Able to work in a high-volume environment and multitask.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
