Job summary

Bettenhausen Automotive Service Center in Downtown Tinley Park is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our team. You will consult with customers, interpret needs for technicians, and act as the primary contact for service and repair matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must.
• Able to work in a high volume environment and multi-task.
• Valid driver's license and time management skills.
• Must be organized.

Responsibilities
