Job summary

LS Solutions in Kyle, Texas, seeks a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, advising on vehicle services and documenting service needs with accuracy.

You will greet customers, inspect vehicles, provide quotes, and guide transactions while working in a process-driven environment. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with Saturday availability.

• Greet customers courteously and promptly using standard customer service techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and verify service needs based on vehicle history.
• Recommend appropriate services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and explain warranties post-service.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and track warranty parts and returns.
• Assist with cashing out, review inspections, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Overview

The Sales & Service Advisor serves as the primary customer contact, assisting clients with vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a professional and seamless experience. This position involves engaging with customers through in-person and phone interactions, thoroughly understanding their concerns, inspecting vehicles, and accurately documenting service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations.


• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and explain warranties post-service.

• Assist with cashing out, review inspections, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.


• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not mandatory.


• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a process-driven environment.


• Valid driver's license and ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Compensation & Benefits:
