Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary customer contact, helping clients understand vehicle needs, recommend services, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

You will greet customers, document concerns, inspect vehicles, communicate technician recommendations, provide quotes, and support billing and follow-up to drive satisfaction. Competitive pay with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to customer concerns, document details, inspect vehicles, and verify service history to accurately identify needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, clearly communicate additional suggestions from technicians, and document all recommendations.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories through product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and explain warranties during checkout.
• Follow procedures for billing, review inspections, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls.
• Track returns and warranty parts; perform other duties as assigned.
