Qualifications

• One year of automotive retail service consultant experience.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
• Excellent listening, problem solving and communication skills.
• Well organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Interface with customer to understand needs and offer parts and service.
• Work with vendors to order parts and provide lead times.
• Build fair, competitive price quotes with the customer and company’s best interest.
• Act as a liaison between technicians and customers and communicate clearly.
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll be doing
