Job summary

Smith's Service Center in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our family-owned shop. You will greet customers, manage check-ins, write repair orders, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely service.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), a stable work environment, and potential earnings of $60,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and performance, with full benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Strong automotive knowledge (independent shop experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships
• Manage vehicle check-in and write accurate repair orders
• Review multi-point inspections and present recommendations clearly

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
