Stevens Point Auto Center is seeking a service scheduling associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinating appointments for parts, recalls and service visits. You will help guests experience friendly, efficient scheduling and use our CRM daily.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls for scheduling inquiries.
• Respond promptly to internet, phone and text inquiries.
• Hit daily personal and team goal metrics.
• Complete outbound service scheduling calls for future appointments.
• Follow up with guests who missed or canceled appointments.
• Be a team player and create a positive atmosphere.
• Utilize CRM goal tracking system daily.
