Steven Hyundai is a rapidly growing automobile group seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to be a primary contact for customers. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and initiate outbound follow-ups to maximize dealership opportunities, all while maintaining accurate customer data across our systems.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, sales, or automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and professional communication style.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding appointments, follow-up, and dealership opportunities.
• Provide accurate information regarding dealership services and resources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer information in dealership systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate effectively with Service, Sales, and BDC teams.
• Meet department goals related to customer communication, appointment setting, and follow-up.
