Job summary

CountrySide Automotive is seeking a Service Business Development Center Representative. The role focuses on outbound customer contact, appointment scheduling, and CRM-driven follow-up to maximize service retention.

You will respond to inquiries, provide information on dealership services, and coordinate with service staff to optimize capacity and customer satisfaction. Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Require high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional telephone manners.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for maintenance, recalls, and service opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and internet inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments according to procedures and capacity.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows with reminders.
• Maintain customer contact and follow-up in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Service Department to align schedules and capacity.
