Job summary

Sun Devil Auto in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor who will greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through service options from check-in to checkout.

You will review vehicle history and Digital Vehicle Inspection results to tailor recommendations, explain maintenance and financing options, and build estimates in the POS. This full-time role offers competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, assess needs.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranties, and financing options.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in POS.
• Update customers on service status, timing, costs.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety and follow PPE procedures.
• Flex schedule including weekends.
