Sun Devil Auto in Phoenix is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to sell and promote all products and services in line with company standards. Compensation ranges $48K-$85K based on experience, with competitive bi-weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

The role involves greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, quoting costs, and promoting services. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Possess State Inspector License or ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the telephone using standardized customer service techniques.
• Document and verify customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from the Technician.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time for approved services; provide daily status updates.
• Follow cash-out procedures with warranty explanations.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
