Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to concerns, recommend services, and guide them from check-in to checkout with a friendly, trustworthy approach. No technician background required; training is provided to learn our products, services, and store tools.

You’ll build estimates, review vehicle history and inspections, and explain maintenance and financing options while coordinating with technicians and leadership to keep work

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and organized, able to handle sales conversations.
• Learn automotive products and services and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional appearance and brand representation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
• Able to learn and use POS, DVI tools, records, and scheduling systems.
• Explain service recommendations, estimates, timelines, warranties clearly.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, following PPE.
